I have been using my trademark outside Mexico for many years. When trying to obtain registration in Mexico I found that it has been already registered without my knowledge or authorization. Is there something I can do?

Mexican Law provides that if a trademark has been used outside of Mexico before same or similar trademark was registered in Mexico, such trademark shall be declared null.
You should be aware of the terms by which a trademark can be attacked via a nullity action.
