Can I file a general Assignment of Rights in a Patent Application in lieu of having the inventor sign a separate assignment exclusively for the Mexican application?

If the general Assignment included worldwide rights, or the assignment of the priority rights, then a Certified Copy (Certified by the Patent Office of the original application) may be filed to prove the assignment in favor of the assignee.
