If someone is using my work in a magazine, what can I do?
In this case, you are able to proceed judicially and extra-judicially, through the following procedures:

Send a cease and desist letter, to try to finish the work misuse friendly. |

File a complaint, before the Mexican Copyright Institute, which would try to convince both parties to finish the problem friendly. |

Initiate a legal action (commercial infraction) against the person who is misusing the work |
